OUR LOCATION
This magnificent and pristine estate is conveniently situated on the northern side of the Bronkhorstspruit Dam on the plateau. It is less than 40 minutes away from Pretoria and a mere 60 minutes from Johannesburg, on easily accessible tarred roads and is in close proximity to existing shopping venues and medical facilities.
The cliffs rising sharply and running the full length of the development, interspersed with vegetation and great rugged outcrops of solid rock, present a glorious backdrop to the main hub of the area and are home to a large variety of fauna and flora such as the ‘Black Eagle’ also called the ‘Verreaux Eagle’.
Our architectural guidelines have been sensitively formulated to maintain the aesthetics of the estate and to ensure that this unspoiled environment is maintained for your pleasure. Leading architects, GH Architects, originally assisted with the design of our exclusive homes and we are currently using the services of Plan C Architectural.
Public and private areas have been created to preserve the aesthetics of the mountain area and a thorough Environmental Impact Study was conducted prior to development to ensure the creation of a park-like ambience.
OUR FACILITIES
The Aqua Vista Mountain Estate does not allow any day visitors and our residents/members (and their guests) have exclusive access to the estate and its facilities.
You will have exclusive access to natural parks, boat launch facilities, jetties, a Clubhouse and braai facilities as well as living in close proximity to shopping facilities, a 4×4 Off-Road track, Anton Smit Sculpture Park and a Restaurant.

The Verreaux Eagle is particularly fond of mountainous and rocky terrain such as the surrounding mountain area at Aqua Vista Mountain Estate. This area is renowned for being a nesting place to the magnificent ‘Verreaux Eagle’ or as some may call them the ‘Black Eagle.’
